I left a career as a business executive to pursue a PhD with the goal of changing the world. I am committed to excellence and devote my energies to working with partners to improve organizations. My education and experience in business, finance, educational psychology, and statistics allow me to bring a unique perspective to every situation.

I am a born storyteller who is also a numbers nerd. I use facts and trends to weave a narrative so people can understand what kids are facing. All of my work is focused on investing in people and exploring systems to develop potential.

I enjoy collaborating with people across the world and frequently work with individuals in the Netherlands and India, and look forward to expanding into other areas across the globe.
